Aromatherapy Mist
Espalier Aromatherapy Mists are mindfully crafted mists infused with pure essential oils for therapeutic benefit. Aromatherapy has been used for centuries. When inhaled, the scent molecules in essential oils travel from the olfactory nerves directly to the brain and especially impact the amygdala, the emotional center of the brain.

Eucalyptus Mint Aromatherapy Mist: This clarifying blend encourages emotional openness and release. Simply mist any time you want to clear your mind, refocus, raise energy levels, and uplift. It may also support healthy breathing. Use as a fragrant room spray (especially in a work area), as an aromatic shower mist or to freshen up your pillows and linens.

Lavender Aromatherapy Mist: This heavenly blend will help you unwind. Simply mist any time you want to decompress, relax, and soothe your mood. May help promote sleep - spritz your pillows and bed linen with our mist before climbing into the sheets. Lie back and inhale deeply, allowing the soothing aromas to calm your senses. Build this into an enhanced sleep ritual by bathing in our Relaxation Salt Soak and applying a layer of Lavender Body Oil before bed.

Ingredients
Distilled Water, Caprylyl/Capryl Glucoside (EcoCert Solubilizer), Proprietary blend of Essential Oils, Populus Tremuloides (Aspen) Bark Extract (Natural Preservative)

We use a natural solubilizer since oil and water do not mix. We also use a natural preservative (Aspen Bark Extract) to preserve our mist. This is essential in all water based products.
