Pure Lavender Essential Oil 
Estate-grown, harvested, and distilled on Monte-Bellaria Lavender Farm in Sonoma, California. Steam distilled from the flowering tops of English and Portuguese Lavenders, the scent has a mid-tone herbal fragrance that makes it less sweetly perfumed than traditional lavender oil.

How to Use
Aromatherapy: Add a few drops of Lavender oil to pillows, bedding, or to freshen laundry in the dryer.
Diffusion: Use seven to ten drops in the diffuser of your choice.
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area (e.g. bottoms of feet to relax and prepare for a restful night’s sleep). Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity. See additional precautions below.
