How to Use
For topical use or inhalation. Roll onto the heart, nape of the neck, wrists, and below the ears. Alternatively, hold roller ball under the nose and inhale deeply 3 to 4 times while thinking of your intention in a positive light. 

*Not advised to use topically on children age 6 or younger.

How to Recycle
This bottle and cap are 100% recyclable. When the bottle is empty, remove the plastic roller with ball and wash thoroughly. Recycle the bottle and cap and place the roller with ball in the trash.
